Creating service repair order settings

Edit or create additional statuses for tracking the stages of service repair orders and add warranty information.

  1. In OnSite StoreMaster on the Tools menu click Setup > Documents and set these options.
SRO status Add to the list of statuses for the stages of SROs
SRO additional items Add any additional items that might be overlooked when the equipment is returned.
Warranties Set up a list of warranty terms, and include warranty details in the Warranty Info field.
Job status Edit or add to the pre-defined list of statuses. Any statuses you add to this list can be installed in your set of Trackers.
