Edit or create additional statuses for tracking the stages of service repair orders and add warranty information.
- In OnSite StoreMaster on the Tools menu click Setup > Documents and set these options.
SRO status | Add to the list of statuses for the stages of SROs |
SRO additional items | Add any additional items that might be overlooked when the equipment is returned. |
Warranties | Set up a list of warranty terms, and include warranty details in the Warranty Info field. |
Job status | Edit or add to the pre-defined list of statuses. Any statuses you add to this list can be installed in your set of Trackers. |
