Working with eCom orders

All sales made in eCom are automatically pushed to OnSite once the sale is processed.

When working with new eCom sales and orders, note the following:

  • The stock level of the purchased eCom item is automatically updated in OnSite.
  • All eCom sales appear in the associated OnSite store's reports.
  • All eCom orders will appear in the Orders list alongside OnSite orders.
  • Customer data is imported to OnSite along with the eCom order.
