Changing the username on a sale document

You can edit a document if you created a sales document such as an invoice or quote with the wrong username, or want to change the username on a document to reflect appropriately in sales reports. By default only user accounts with administrator access are able to change the user on a document.

  1. In OnSite StoreMaster find the document and open it.
  2. Click the username in the color-coded document header at the top left.
  3. Select the right username and click Save.
