    Adding photos to products in eCom

    1. In OnSite StoreMaster, open the product card.

    2. Click Photo.

    3. Drag an image into the window and click New.

    4. Click Close.
    5. Click Save to exit the product page.

    Notes

    • The system will remove any product photos uploaded directly to eCom.
    • OnSite allows up to 12 images per product.
    • eCom rejects image uploads if the file size is too large.
    • Only master product photos of a matrix will be uploaded to eCom.
