Checking a gift card balance

1. In OnSite go to Tools > Gift Cards.
2. Type the gift card serial number in the search field or swipe or scan the gift card if it has a barcode or magnetic strip.

The Balance column displays the gift card balance.

If you are unclear about a gift card balance, click the History button to see the invoices the gift card was used on.
