Setting the number of invoices for payment methods

In OnSite 3.6 and later you can set how many copies of invoices to print based on the payment method. For example, for customers who pay by cash, you print one copy of the invoice. For customers who pay by credit card you can print two copies.

  1. In OnSite StoreMaster on the Tools menu click Setup > Basics > Payment Methods.
  2. Double click a payment method and select how many copies to print when this payment method is used.
  3. To set whether to display the OS X Print Dialog box, go to Tools > Station Setup. This setting affects all payment methods.
